Privacy Policy
How changely.ai collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us.
Last updated: 28 May 2026
1. Who we are
changely.ai Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16756971). Our registered office address is available from the public register at Companies House. You can contact us at hello@changely.ai.
2. What we collect
When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Any information you choose to include in your message.
We do not require any other personal information to respond to an enquiry.
When you visit this site, our hosting platform (Vercel) automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver the site to you — including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request — and may set strictly-necessary cookies required for the site to function (for example, for load balancing and security). We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics product, which counts page views without setting any tracking cookies or storing persistent identifiers in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any cross-site tracking on this site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we will not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR — specifically, our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business enquiries directed to us. We have assessed that this processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry, that you would reasonably expect us to use your contact details for this purpose given that you sent them to us, and that our use does not override your rights and freedoms.
If we later wish to use your contact details for any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry — for example, to send you marketing communications — we will rely on your specific, separately given consent under Article 6(1)(a), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to address your request and for a reasonable follow-up period thereafter. In practice:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a client engagement are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which they are deleted.
- Where an enquiry leads to a client engagement, the correspondence is retained alongside our engagement records for 6 years in line with our statutory record-keeping obligations under the Companies Act 2006 and HMRC requirements.
You may ask us to delete your data earlier than this — see "Your rights" below.
6. Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this site. Each acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy commitments:
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this site. Loading a font from the Google Fonts CDN involves your browser making a request to Google, which logs the IP address of that request. Google privacy policy.
- Cal.com — scheduling provider for booking calls. The Cal.com booking widget loads only when you choose to open it. Cal.com privacy policy.
- Formspree — handles delivery of contact-form submissions to us. Your message is sent to Formspree only when you submit the form. Formspree privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with any other party for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. The only cookies that may be set are strictly-necessary cookies used by our hosting platform (Vercel) to deliver the site to you securely. Our analytics provider (Vercel) counts page views without setting tracking cookies or storing persistent identifiers in your browser.
Because this site sets no non-essential cookies and does no cross-site tracking, we do not show a cookie-consent banner. If we add analytics or marketing technologies that require consent in future, we will introduce a consent mechanism before doing so.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@changely.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
